Last weekend, LUGA offered free guided tours of the ephemeral LUGA constructions, entitled ‘Inside LUGA’, giving the public the opportunity to get a sneak preview behind the scenes of a unique major event in Luxembourg.

This special tour takes visitors right to the heart of the development of the LUGA open-air exhibition of urban gardens, landscape and art installations, agricultural projects and living spaces, scheduled to run from 7 May to 18 October 2025.

Guided by Ann Muller, LUGA’s general coordinator, visitors were able to discover the work in progress in the Pétrusse and Alzette valleys, where the ephemeral installations are taking shape. These visits offered an exclusive opportunity to learn more about the setting up and production of such an exhibition. Participants were able to see the sites in a new light, discovering the technical aspects, the choice of planting and materials, and all the elements that will contribute to the staging of this unique event.

Other visits are scheduled for the end of January, February and March, giving the public the chance to preview the emblematic sites of LUGA 2025. The dates of the next tours will be announced shortly. Stay tuned!
