Vertical Farming
The Haff Ditgesbaach organic farm in Ettelbruck is one of six sites managed by the non-profit organization ATP – Ateliers Thérapeutiques Protégés (Protected Therapeutic Workshops). Spanning 60 ares, the farm cultivates organic fruits and vegetables and features a beautiful 18-hectare orchard, complete with a scenic walking trail perfect for a peaceful nature stroll. In addition to its agricultural activities, Haff Ditgesbaach is known for its artisanal candle production and the free-range rearing of nearly 300 hens.
Fresh produce and homemade specialties — including jams, vinegar, and sauerkraut, all certified organic — are available for purchase at the farm’s ‘Buttek’ shop. You can also find them every Friday at the weekly market in Ettelbruck’s pedestrian zone, right along the Urban Agricultural Trail of the LUGA. For those eager to learn more about the farm, be sure to mark your calendars for their Open Day in 2025!
