In 2025, visitors to the LUGA will be able to discover the ‘Urban Agricultural Trail’ in Ettelbruck. This educational trail will feature botanical and agricultural exhibitions, demonstrations of innovative cultivation methods and fun activities linked to various natural professions and food production.

On arriving at Ettelbruck train station, a fine example of a building designed with the circular economy in mind and still partly under construction in 2025, the LUGA Urban Agricultural Trail will offer two options for visitor to explore: firstly, along the Alzette River to see the community gardens, the natural restoration of the river and its banks, as well as vegetable variety
trials; or a stroll through the pedestrian streets of this charming town to discover unusual urban farming projects, gardening techniques on tiny plots, and many other interesting projects.

Finally, on Place Marie-Adélaïde, visitors will discover an aquaponics project, an innovative and futuristic food production system.
