At Microtarians, we return to what is concrete, living, and authentic. In our workshop, you will discover the secrets of successful breadmaking. Then it’s time for action! By creating your own natural sourdough starter, you activate an ecosystem of microorganisms that transforms your homemade bread: it becomes easier to digest, reduces fermentable sugars in the gut, and releases more essential nutrients.No prior knowledge is required. You will leave with your own sourdough starter—ready to thrive in your home.
