These workshops focus on foraging wild plants for cooking and colour extraction. In collaboration with a team of botanist, chef, dye expert and designers, you’ll learn how to recognise these plants surrounding Kirchberg, how to cook with them and dye textiles naturally.

These two workshops focus on foraging wild plants for cooking and colour extraction in collaboration with a team of botanist, chef, dye expert and designers. During a botanical walk in Kirchberg district, you will learn to identify local edible plants and those used to extract colour.Afterwards during the hands-on part, you do culinary experiments while cooking and learn natural dye techniques on textiles.

The two workshops are connected and only participants who can attend both workshops are eligible. For families with children aged 8 and above.
