To coincide with the exhibition, a number of partners have come up with special LUGA creations: original recipes, exclusive products or limited editions that highlight the flavours of Luxembourg’s terroir. These gourmet dishes, made with local and seasonal ingredients, are a way of discovering Luxembourg in a different way — through the best it has to offer on a plate.
Crémant LUGA Millésimé 2022
A delicate pale yellow with golden highlights, this crémant reveals a fine, lively effervescence in the glass, a promise of freshness and lightness. On the nose, it evokes yellow fruit, ripe mirabelle plums and subtle white flowers — like a warm breeze blowing through an orchard. On the palate, the Crémant impresses with its juicy, limpid freshness, enhanced by a hint of minerality and a zest of Amalfi lemon. A fine balance of fruitiness, spiciness and liveliness carries through to an elegant finish, with a lingering hint of almond. A sparkling wine full of joie de vivre — expressive, lively, and like a breath of summer in a glass.
Limited edition available at various points of sale:

Combining tradition, local know-how and viticultural excellence, the Cuvée LUGA 2025 Crémant Millésimé is the culmination of a unique collaboration between the Fonds de Solidarité Viticole and three Moselle winegrowers’ groups: the Organisation Professionnelle des Vignerons Indépendants, Domaines Vinsmoselle and the Fédération Luxembourgeoise des Vins et Spiritueux. Supported by LEADER Miselerland, the Institut Viti-Vinicole (IVV) and LUGA not-for-profit organisation, this unprecedented collaboration represents a unifying act for the winegrowing and oenology professions.
This special cuvée was developed and supervised by the cellar master at the Institut Viti-Vinicole (Remich), using grapes from different groups of winegrowers.
A crémant millésimé is a sparkling wine made from a single vintage, reflecting the unique characteristics of the vintage year. Made using the traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottle, it benefits from a longer maturing period, offering greater complexity and finesse.
The Cuvée LUGA 2025, created especially for the exhibition, is a tribute to the Luxembourg terroir and its know-how. This vintage crémant has a special feature: it has been stored in the casemates of the Fort Royal, opposite the Kinnekswiss, in the heart of Luxembourg City’s municipal park, to begin its maturation phase on the lees in a naturally cool and stable environment.

As part of LUGA 2025 – Luxembourg Urban Garden la Boulangerie Fischer is taking part in the event by creating an exclusive bread: LUGA “Flower” Bread.
LUGA “Flower” bread is available in all Fischer bakeries.
Made up of seven white rolls delicately sprinkled with pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds and 100% Luxembourg golden linseed, it celebrates both local agriculture and the creativity of our artisan bakers. LUGA x Fischer is the creation of a committed product that enhances the value of our terroir through agricultural projects that raise awareness of the need for a more sustainable diet.
Since 1913, Boulangerie Fischer has been committed to traditional know-how and the artisanal quality of its products. The preparation of bread, Viennese pastries and cakes, as well as a catering range, is based on the experience and skills of the Fischer teams, acquired and passed on over the years.
As part of the LUGA 2025 programme, the Chambre d’Agriculture not only wants to raise the profile of sustainability, regionality and transparency in production, but also to highlight the link between agriculture and culinary pleasure. A concrete example of this approach is the LUGA Wurscht – a grilled sausage specially created for LUGA, which authentically reflects the flavours of Luxembourg.
LUGA Wurscht is made with beef from the Produit du Terroir Lëtzebuerg label and pork from Luxembourg. It is enhanced by a blend of aromatic plants from the ‘Téi vum Séi’ range, giving it freshness and character. The result is a tasty, quality product that showcases the richness and diversity of our agricultural heritage – regional, sincere and full of flavour.
This sausage was developed in close collaboration with La Provençale.
Throughout LUGA, the LUGA Wurscht will be available for tasting at various events and activities – as a gourmet ambassador for agriculture that combines tradition, innovation and local roots.
Marcello, the traditional ice cream brand of the Groupe Goeres has created two exclusive flavours: rose and strawberry. A sweet treat like no other, to be enjoyed at the open-air exhibition.
Founded in 2017 within the Parc Bellevue Hotel, Goeres Group houses the production of its ice creams in this establishment. As part of this collaboration with LUGA, the Marcello team has created two fragrances that celebrate both the season and Luxembourg’s identity: strawberry, for its summer freshness, and rose, in homage to the Grand Duchy’s rose heritage.
A subtle balance of flavours, the result of meticulous analysis of each ingredient, guaranteeing impeccable texture and harmonious taste. With more than 250 species of rose in Luxembourg, rose ice cream fits perfectly into this local and symbolic context.
At the beginning of July 2024, three cocktails — A, B and C — were presented on the Nordstad stand at the Ettelbruck Agricultural Fair. Visitors were able to taste them and vote for their favourite. The aim is to work alongside the Association Luxembourgeoise des Barmen, Opyos and regional producers to create a cocktail representative of the region, to be served in establishments in and around Nordstad.
The big winner was cocktail C, made with redcurrant syrup from Eppelpress sloe Gin, Beesy Gin (a honey-flavoured gin) Opyos, Ortea (a nettle-based iced tea) and freshly squeezed organic lemon for a touch of acidity.
