Résidence d’artistes : Aux origines du trait

Pedro Amaral, Portuguese artist and painter, will complete his artist residency at Canopée ASBL, where he has invited the artistic collaboration of François Baldassare, writer-director and passionate painter.  Between August and September, the two artists will be immersed in an environment where urban life meets nature, surrounded by the Canopée garden located in the heart of the picturesque neighborhood Pfaffenthal.  The theme of the SOURCE, whether referring to water or to creativity, inspires them to explore the connections between the natural cycle and the city. Within this context, they discover an endless source of patterns and colors that nourish their art while highlighting the beauty of harmony between the earth and urban life.Within the framework of the ‘Arts & Potager’ project.
