This House dance workshop is structured around three key elements: technique, musicality, and the social aspect.

Participants will first explore basic steps, working on grounding, bounce, and the fluidity of movements that define House dance. The focus is on how each step connects to the floor and integrates seamlessly with the rhythm.

The musicality component involves exercises designed to deepen the understanding of House Music’s rich rhythmic structures. Dancers will learn how to play with sounds, vary their dynamics, and adapt their movements to musical variations.

A significant emphasis is placed on the social dimension of House dance, which is fundamentally a dance of exchange and interaction. Through partner work and improvisation, participants will develop a better understanding of the collective energy that defines this culture.
