Seeing and being seen came to us after reflecting on the theme of ‘making the invisible visible’. What if we highlighted what we can see, but also what we can’t? We wanted to allow the user to see through the garden in a different way, but also to combine architecture and nature.
Our design proposal therefore features a Made In Luxembourg metal structure designed to blend harmoniously into its surroundings, with a play of reflections on the surrounding planting. A path made of solid blocks of wood invites visitors on an immersive walk, guiding them through a bed of native plants and flowers.
The Luxembourg-based company Verda Landschaftsbau, founded in 2005 by Goedert Gilles, specializes in outdoor landscaping for both private and corporate clients. They are part of the eight members of the Luxembourgish Horticultural Federation, which includes gardeners and a market gardener, who will design a garden for the LUGA exhibition.

Als beobachtendes Mitglied der LUGA-Ausstellung vertritt die FHL 448 kleine und mittlere Unternehmen, die sich auf Landschaftsbau, Baumschulen, Obstbau, Gärtnereien und Blumenkunst sowie auf die berufliche Aus- und Weiterbildung und verschiedene Bereiche des Gesellschaftsrechts spezialisiert haben, und trägt so zum Wachstum dieses dynamischen und innovativen Sektors bei.
