The geological history of the Mëllerdall is visible in the rocky landscape of Luxembourg sandstone, in the wide plains and in the valleys carved deep into the geological layers. The stone forms the basis of today’s landscape with its diverse natural and cultural features, which have been shaped by human use over thousands of years.
