The Fondation J.-P. Pescatore, located in the heart of the city, is an institution that is more than a hundred years old and a pioneer in the field of retirement homes. It was created in the will of Jean-Pierre Pescatore, who paved the way for the construction of a charitable establishment on the territory of the City of Luxembourg.
Delphine Hardy a suivi plusieurs formations dans le domaine du paysage en France, en Belgique et au Canada. Diplômée en 2013 d’un master en architecture du paysage de l’Université agronomique de Gembloux (Belgique), elle débute sa carrière au Luxembourg au sein d’un bureau spécialisé en architecture du paysage.
Passionnée par le développement de projets participatifs et citoyens, la revalorisation des friches urbaines et les enjeux écologiques, elle se forme et mène divers projets dans ces disciplines connexes, enrichissant ainsi son approche d’architecte paysagiste. En 2017, elle crée son propre atelier d’architecture du paysage. Elle rejoint en 2020 l’équipe de la LUGA, portée par l’ambition de relever de nouveaux défis.
