LUGA recently appeared as a special guest on RTL Lëtzebuerg as part of the Gaarde Tour summer programme. The aim of the event was to highlight the hidden treasures of private gardens across the four regions of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, with a special focus on Wednesday on the Oesling region, in Wincrange.
During the show, the Scholtes family had the opportunity to present their dream garden, a space that perfectly embodies the natural beauty and harmony that characterise this region of Luxembourg. Their garden, a veritable haven of peace, captivated viewers with its meticulous layout and floral diversity, demonstrating the importance of nature in everyday life.
Ann Muller, general coordinator of the LUGA, took the opportunity to unveil the broad outlines of the long-awaited exhibition to be held in Luxembourg in 2025. This open-air exhibition will showcase the Grand Duchy’s rich historical and natural heritage.
The exhibition will take place at five emblematic sites in the city of Luxembourg as well as in the town of Ettelbruck. LUGA 2025 promises to be a flagship event, attracting not only gardening enthusiasts, but also all those interested in the environment, food, the circular economy, agriculture, sustainable tourism and urban planning.
The Gaarde Tour programme, moderated by Loïc Juchem and Rosa Clemente, was also given a musical touch thanks to the support of the Wincrange musical society. Many thanks to them, as well as to RTL Lëtzebuerg, for their contribution to this enriching and entertaining programme.
Following this presentation on RTL, LUGA 2025 is already shaping up to be a key event, offering Luxembourg a chance to showcase its commitment to the environment and urban quality of life. Watch the episode here and stay tuned for more details on this exceptional upcoming event!
