CFL, LUGA’s premium partner: a shared journey towards innovation and nature

The Luxembourg Railways (CFL) is a premium partner of the LUGA open-air exhibition, a collaboration that perfectly embodies the shared values of sustainability, innovation and connection between regions.

As part of this partnership, the LUGA team had the pleasure of posing in front of a CFL locomotive currently running under the LUGA colours. This symbolic photo shoot took place in the presence of Sophie Lacour, Director of Passenger Services, Marc Schlammes, Head of Communications at CFL, Jacques Hirtt, Administrative and Financial Director and Deputy Coordinator of LUGA, Ann Muller, General Coordinator of LUGA, and Barbara Florian, Communications/Marketing Manager at LUGA.

LUGA is now present in all stations across the country, thanks to a visibility campaign rolled out across various media: ticket machines, international travel tickets in the LUGA colours, and even bioluminescent LUGA lettering in stations, an innovative creation by Aglaé: plants made to glow using natural, environmentally friendly technology, which could perhaps light up our cities in the future.

This partnership is fully in line with a joint approach towards more sustainable cities. LUGA and CFL are working together to encourage visitors to the LUGA exhibition to choose more environmentally friendly modes of transport, in order to build greener and more resilient cities.
