Terms and Conditions of the Call

The LUGA exhibition is coming to an end.
In this context, LUGA ASBL is launching a call for expressions of interest for the installations that will need to be dismantled. True to its eco-responsible commitment, LUGA is seeking parties interested in taking over the remaining materials and equipment, as well as an urban garden.


WHO IS THIS CALL FOR?

This call is open to public institutions, establishments and administrations, as well as associations and foundations based in Luxembourg.


CALL TIMELINE

  • Deadline for expressions of interest: Sunday, 18 January 2026

  • Confirmation by LUGA ASBL to selected recipients: Monday, 26 January 2026

HOW TO EXPRESS YOUR INTEREST

Please express your interest in collecting one or more items by email at [email protected], specifying either the project name or the product reference(s).

Allocation will be made on a “first come, first served” basis.

The full list of materials and equipment, as well as the terms and conditions of sale or transfer, can be consulted on this webpage.

1.Donation d'une installation paysagère et artistique 

  • LUGA asbl transfers the gardens free of charge, in the form of a donation.
  • Any request concerning the reconstitution of the garden in its entirety is given priority. However, if a person expresses interest in taking over the materials, they should submit their request to LUGA.
  • Allocation follows the “first come, first served” principle.
  • The recipient undertakes to respect the original design during reassembly.
  • The garden is dismantled and transported at LUGA’s expense to the site defined by the recipient (to avoid on-site storage and facilitate logistics).Reassembly of the installation is the responsibility of the recipient.
  • The recipient agrees to the placement of a plaque stating “installation conceived as part of LUGA 2025” (production at LUGA’s expense).

1/ Donation of equipment and materials

Conditions:

  • If an installation or garden finds a new owner for reconstruction, this takes priority. The materials involved will then no longer be available.

  • Allocation is made on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Priority is given to recipients taking a complete set of material references (see list below – e.g., B001).

  • The recipient agrees to collect the materials on-site on the agreed date, according to the dismantling schedule.

  • LUGA ASBL transfers the materials free of charge, as-is.

  • LUGA encourages careful dismantling but offers no guarantee regarding the condition of the materials.

  • The list of available materials is subject to change.

2/ Sale of materials (communication, events...)

Conditions:

  • Allocation is made on a “first come, first served” basis.
  • Priority is given to applicants who take over a complete reference (e.g., A001).
  • The buyer undertakes to collect the material on-site at the agreed date, in accordance with the dismantling schedule.
  • The material is sold as-is at the price listed.
  • The list of available materials is subject to change.
  • The list of materials and photos is available for download.
