Call for Expressions of Interest – Until October 22, 2025
The LUGA exhibition is coming to an end, but there’s good news: many installations and urban gardens will remain accessible to the public, while others are looking for a second life. In this context, LUGA ASBL is launching a Call for Expressions of Interest for installations that need to be dismantled.
In keeping with its eco-responsible commitment, LUGA is seeking new owners for its urban gardens, materials, equipment, and plants.
This call is open to institutions, public entities, administrations, associations, and foundations based in Luxembourg.
Deadline for expressions of interest: Wednesday, October 22, 2025
Confirmation from LUGA ASBL to the new owners of urban gardens and/or installations for reconstruction: Wednesday, October 29, 2025
Confirmation from LUGA ASBL regarding recoverable materials and equipment offered for sale to organizations: Wednesday, November 5, 2025
Transfer of urban gardens/installations for full reconstruction on another site
Donation of remaining materials
Sale of equipment and technical items
Please send your expression of interest by email to [email protected], specifying either the name of the project or the reference number(s) of the item(s) concerned.
The full list of materials and detailed conditions can be consulted on this webpage.

Plants Distribution
Some of LUGA’s flowered areas will be removed. These beds contain many perennial plants that deserve a second life.
LUGA will organize these plants distributions, open to all—associations, the general public, and individuals—at each Hub, and will provide the list of available plants in advance.
