🧶 Crochet Workshops, by Donatella Massoli

Join us for a fun and inclusive community event, open to all ages and skill levels! Come along and be part of a creative textile gathering where you can explore the world of yarn and tools. No matter if you are a beginner or a seasoned pro, there is something for you to enjoy.

We will have crochet hooks, handmade looms, and pom-pom kits for you to play with, so you can try out new techniques or simply have fun experimenting.

Take part in a special community project and leave your personal mark as we create something unique together.

This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with others, express your creativity, and be a part of something special.

🌿 Tataki Zomé – Japanese Botanical Printing Workshop, by J’fais c’que j’veux by Billi

An ancient Japanese technique that prints natural plant pigments directly onto fabric or paper using a hammering method.

In this hands-on workshop: use simple tools to transfer shapes and colors. The result: beautiful botanical prints inspired by nature

A meditative and creative activity to reconnect with the plant world.

🌿 Cyanotype, by Share & Create with April Tacchini

Experience the beauty of cyanotype printing by using collected plants and foliage to create delicate imprints on carefully selected second-hand fabric handkerchiefs. Participants may gather their own plants during a nature walk (as part of the festival) before arranging them for exposure.

Each participant will take home their own cyanotype-printed handkerchief. A large patchwork-style textile piece may also be exhibited during the festival.

🎨LUGrAphie — Led by Irina Moons

From May to October, join the creative community of LUGrAphie workshops led by Irina Moons and discover the art of stencil silkscreen printing!
Express yourself, design your unique motif, and become part of an evolving public art collection in the Luxembourg Urban Garden.
Signed mini-print artworks by participants will also be available for public purchase.
