Nature has a multitude of valuable ingredients that can make us glow inside and out: essential oils, bitter substances, plant colourings, vitamins and many others. We want to utilise this potential.

The workshop is all about the multifaceted world of wild and medicinal herbs.

We will discover their uses in three themed areas:

– In the kitchen: we refine simple dishes with wild herbs and bring natural flavours to the plate.
– For storage and enjoyment: we make herbal salts, oils, vinegars, pestos, liqueurs and other products, for example.
– For health & care: we create ointments, tinctures, oxymels and cough syrups, for example – for well-being and recovery.
