TRASHitecture

LILIetRAMI Architectures, is a collective partly composed of architects. Working since their beginning on an architecture at the gap between art and building, the collective was very quickly saddened by the quantity of waste produced by the building.Beyond the use in its daily approach, of natural, recycled, reused materials, the LILIetRAMI collective embraced the constraint of waste, transformed it into an opportunity, and stopped seeing waste as a final material, it looked at it for what it was in its very essence: a material.During this conference we will see how some tests and prototypes became works and how a marginal approach tries to fit into a recognized daily ethic.
