This training is exclusively intended for professionals (urban planners, architects, engineers, landscape designers, etc.) and aims to develop practical skills for the operationalisation of No Net Land Take (NNLT) in urban contexts.

It is based on a pedagogical approach developed by researchers from the Department of Geography and Spatial Planning at the University of Luxembourg. This approach combines in situ territorial observation, participatory mapping, and critical reflection on land use.

The training enables participants to:

  • Analyse spatial transformation dynamics in urban areas
  • Identify socio-spatial issues related to land take
  • Develop an urban planning vision aligned with NNLT objectives
  • Link field observations to regulatory frameworks and planning tools

The training is not open to the general public and takes place in a professional setting that encourages exchange among practitioners.
