The herbal educator and wild herb specialist Christiane Hoffmann explains how we can easily create delicious dishes and drinks using herbs from the garden.
She provides insight into the diversity of local wild herbs and reveals how, with little effort and just a few ingredients, you can achieve amazing results.
For several years now, Christiane has been leading herb walks across Luxembourg in collaboration with the Liga Gaart an Heem, inspiring people to discover edible wild herbs and incorporate them into their cooking—plants that many today dismiss as mere weeds.
With great passion, she demonstrates how wild herbs can be transformed into culinary delights: from herb-infused wines and lemonades to small cheese bites with flowers, as well as dips and breads, creatively enhanced with seasonal and local herbs.
