Meditation and sound in open air.Join us to share a special moment of well-being and poetry in a small secret garden away from urban agitation. On this island of biodiversity, we will take the time to listen and watch, to breathe, meditate to the sound of the gong and dream. A moment of deep connection with nature, yourself and others in an idyllic location. Please bring your yoga mat, a meditation cushion and water. Comfortable outfit and sun protection, if needed.

With: Val CielleVal Cielle is a multidisciplinary artist and a nature guide. She organises artistic and well-being activities, such as sound journeys, mindful art, intuitive singing and meditation in inspiring places.
