In this workshop we learn a lot about honey. Together with local beekeepers, we look at the production process from the bee to the honey in the jar. Health, biodiversity, sustainability and local production come together here. Of course, taste is also a must and so we conjure up a honey cake made from regional products.This workshop is aimed at children aged 10 and over.
