Workshop: Recognising Indigenous Trees – Bark, Leaves and Tree Communication

Based on the distinction between deciduous and coniferous trees, this workshop will focus on the fundamentals of recognising the bark and leaves of indigenous tree species. It will also explore the different ways these types of trees communicate with one another.

An evolving poetic and political project exploring the role of trees in our society — as subjects, as habitats, and as ecosystems.
This wide-ranging programme, grounded in both reality and imagination, aims to challenge our ways of thinking and reinvent our connection to living beings, in order to collectively inspire and launch ecological action in Luxembourg.
