Join us for a special moment of well-being and poetry in a small secret garden away from the hustle and bustle of the city. On this island of biodiversity, we will take the time to listen and watch, to breathe, meditate to the sound of the gong and dream. A moment of deep connection with nature, yourself and others in an idyllic location. Please bring your yoga mat, a meditation cushion and water. Comfortable outfit and sun protection, if needed.
